Acceptance of Terms
National Center for Resuscitation Education, Ltd. (NCRE) welcomes you to our family of loyal users. NCRE provides valuable CPR training and certification subject to the rules set forth in this document. By logging onto, registering and using NCRE operated services, you agree to follow the rules, regulations and terms of service.
Description of NCRE Services
NCRE offers an extensive range of services including educational and reference branded content, as well as an online examination program which, when successfully completed, results in the issuance of CPR provider certification whose duration is 24 months from the date of successful completion. The certification program is accredited by the National Board of Emergency Care Certifications (NBECC), Washington, D.C. The program curriculum is based solely on the 2010 CPR Guidelines published by the American Heart Association’s International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). NCRE provides optional products that can be purchased on the website. Products available for sale on the NCRE website are warranted by the product manufacturer, not NCRE.
Confidentiality
By registering for and using the NCRE website, users agree not to print, copy or in any other way transmit the contents of the site to any other person(s) or organization(s). Individual purchase provides a license for the single purchasing individual use of the materials and testing processes.
User Representations
In consideration of your use of NCRE services, you affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself. If you knowingly provide information that is untrue or incorrect, NCRE has the right to suspend or terminate services provided to you without refund, and to refuse to provide future services to you. In the event an individual under the legal age limit (18 years old in most jurisdictions) requires CPR certification, participation in the program can be arranged by having a parent or legal guardian contact NCRE Program Administrator directly.
By providing payment for NCRE products and/or services, you represent that you are the authorized owner of the credit card used, or that you have been expressly authorized by the owner to use the card for the purpose of paying for services provided by NCRE. Further, you have read the following Cancellation and Refund Policy and agree to abide by its terms.
By registering and using NCRE services, you have agreed to not copy, disclose or use NCRE content for the benefit of another without the written permission of NCRE.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be done in writing, and received no later than 14 days from the time of purchase to qualify for refund. Those cancellations received (e-mail or regular mail) prior the 14 day time frame will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. All optional training products will be considered used when shipped and are ineligible for refund by NCRE. Certain manufacturers may agree to a refund or exchange of product directly. Check with the manufacturer for their policies.
Privacy

Waiver
Individuals who receive CPR certification should periodically review the national recommendations, and practice psychomotor skill activities as needed. Neither NCRE nor NBECC warrants the performance of any person who has received standardized CPR training.
